Education Management Information System (EMIS)
Under the World Bank Project called SCEP (Second Change of Education Project), I was assigned as a Full-stack Sofware Developer to design and Develop Education Management Information System (EMIS). The aim of this application to capture data from 13 Municipalities regarding non formal education. The System was launched in 2017 and has now recorded many students throughout the 13 Municipalities. The EMIS has four main Modules:
- Student Module
Student Module consist of various features such as Students General Details, Students' Exam Results, Students' class assignments
- Classroom Module
Classroom Module consist of various features such as Classroom General Details, Classroom' Students Allocations, Classrooms' Teacher assignments, Classroom Facilities Assignments
- Teacher Module
Teacher Module consist of various features such as Teacher General Details, Teachers' Classroom allocations, Teachers' class assignments
- Reporting Module
Reporting Module consist of various reports Generations which can be generated in both PDF and Excels. The Reports also contains key indicators such Students' Retentaion Rate, Students' Passing Rate, Teachers Qualifications and so on
